WHO WE ARE
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to preserve and enhance the quality and diversity of the neighborhood life in the Boylan Heights area of Raleigh, North Carolina. To accomplish this purpose, the Association:

Promotes the maintenance, revitalization, and beautification of the neighborhood;

Is a voice for common neighborhood interests;

Encourages vigorous citizen participation in governmental processes;

Supports local charitable organizations enhancing the quality of life for all; and,

Encourages citizen participation in activities promoting healthy communities.
The Association is a nonprofit corporation formed under the laws of the State of North Carolina and is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.​
